Mass Care Link’s founders interacted with elders and disabled adults who needed help. Focused on overcoming language and cultural barriers that prevented these populations from accessing or even learning about care options and benefits, Mass Care Link’s founders created an organization dedicated to inclusivity, with a team reflecting the diversity of the members they serve.
Helping Adult Foster Caregivers recieve financial support through Massachusetts health insurance, resources and training to care for someone at home.
